User Agreement Protocol
1. Infrastructure Access & Eligibility
By initializing an account with RFR, you agree to access our community platform solely for its intended purpose: sharing and consuming high-signal running content. Unauthorized access or system manipulation is strictly prohibited. You must be at least 13 years of age to access or utilize our platform.
2. User Identity & Contributions
You are the architect of your digital presence. You agree to maintain the security of your credentials. You retain all intellectual property rights to your "Visual Identity" (Avatar) and "Contributions" (Posts/Comments), but grant RFR a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, distribute, and display this data within our ecosystem.
3. Technical Integrity & Community Rules
You agree not to exploit our Block-Based Editor or storage systems to upload malicious payloads. RFR reserves the right to remove any content that compromises system performance, violates copyright laws, or contravenes our Content Policy.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY RFR ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, RFR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ABSOLUTELY SECURE.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL RFR, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and any disputes arising out of your relationship with the RFR platform shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration rather than in court.
7. Evolution of Terms & Legal Inquiry
Our protocols evolve. Any significant modifications to these terms will be broadcasted via the Notices board. Your continued interaction with the RFR ecosystem constitutes acceptance of the updated User Agreement. For any inquiries regarding legal compliance, please submit an inquiry through our Support or Help Center channels.
